All personal information collected via our Website, Instagram DMs, or WhatsApp are kept strictly confidential and not disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience with us at Loria Label a success. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY
 
We strive to deliver products purchased from Loria Label in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
 
To determine the applicable shipping fees for the item in your Cart:
 
Select Proceed to Checkout
 
Select or add your Shipping Address, then Save and Continue.
 
Select your shipping preference, the shipping cost will be displayed
 
Kindly note that Shipping Fees may vary depending on: Location and Size/Weight of the package.
 
Location Shipping Fee: 
Within Abuja is 3,000 Naira while
Outside Abuja Depends on DHL/GIG Current Shipping rates as at the time of order.
 
Our Flat Shipping rate of 3,000 Naira applies only to Abuja deliveries as stated above. In some cases, the flat rate charge may slightly exceed actual shipping costs.
 
Note that Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
 
For International Orders, Standard shipping cost (within 2 kg) is stated on the Checkout page. If the package goes beyond 2kg, the additional amount will be paid by the Customer.
 
Delivery within Abuja takes up to 24 to 48 working hours.
 
Delivery outside Abuja takes up to 2 to 5 working days.
 
Delivery for International package will take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
 
Local (In-store) Pick-up
Customers within Abuja have the option to pick up their packages in our store at Shepherd-King Mall, Remaco Petrol Station, FHA, Lugbe. 
Note: you won’t be paying for shipping/delivery when you come for pickup. 
 
Please note that this only applies to our Lugbe store at the moment. We hope to make local pick-ups available in other places soonest. Please bear with us.
 
 
PAYMENT POLICY
 
1. Kindly note that we do not take part payments on our ready-to-wear designs. Only Full Payments are allowed.
 
2. For Wholesalers orders we only accept 100% payment before production begins. 
 
3. For Bespoke orders at least 70% payment has to be made before production begins. Balance of 30% needs to be paid before delivery is done.
 
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Kindly confirm the availability of every design before making payment. We do not offer refunds in situations where an order is not available and payment is made, but you are allowed to make an exchange with what is available. Kindly note; we do not offer exchange or refund when your order is completed or in process. 
 
We are happy to take back the Item and exchange it within a 7-day period if it meets the following criteria:
 
• It is in good and in sellable condition
• It still has all the tags and is in its original packaging 
• It is not stained, not worn and not damaged (Scuffed, dirty stained clothes are a No-No)
• We’re unable to exchange discounted items (All sales items are on a final-sale basis)
• In line with global returns standards, white and cream-coloured items and undergarments/intimate wear are not eligible for returns.
• It is within seven (7) days from the day you received your package (kindly note)
